Molasses & Pomegranate Syrup Production Line
Our high-capacity production lines are specially designed to produce Molasses from Dried Fruits, Molasses from Fresh Fruits, and Pomegranate Sour Sauce. These lines combine traditional flavor retention with modern food technology, making them ideal for businesses that aim to offer natural, nutritious, and value-added products.
Molasses from Dried Products: This process includes fruits with naturally low water content such as dried grapes, carob, dried mulberries, and dates. After water is added to the bunkered fruits based on a specific recipe, diffusion occurs, transferring the essence and sugar into the liquid. After filtration, the extract is sent to the Evaporator, where it is boiled under vacuum at low temperatures until the desired brix level is reached.
Molasses from Fresh Products: Fresh fruits such as grapes and mulberries are first pre-processed to obtain must (fruit mash). After filtration, the liquid is boiled in the Evaporator under vacuum to maintain nutritional values and achieve the correct density.
Pomegranate Syrup Production Line: Although technically categorized as molasses, pomegranate syrup is widely used as a sauce or concentrate. The production process starts with fresh pomegranates, which are mashed, filtered, and then cooked in the Evaporator until the required consistency is achieved.
